This year’s senior class events has kicked off with the annual senior breakfast held at Dave and Busters. The annual breakfast was held on Feb 26 and it was located in the Hollywood Mall, at the seniors’ convenience. The 2016 Senior Breakfast is the second year that the event was held at this location.
“Dave and Busters was cool and a good experience, it was different.” said NMA senior James Jimenez.
With the element of arcade games, it sets the mood for fun and gave the seniors an opportunity to enjoy the company of their peers before returning to school.
Some of the food options consisted of bagels, sausage, fruit, bacon, and muffins. The meal style incorporated a variety of sweets and fruits, leaving students the options of the buffet-styled course.
Many seniors were content with the kinds of food the restaurant offered. There were three lines in different parts of the restaurant so that there would be enough space for students to wait in line and an overwhelming wait can be prevented.
One of the seniors’ favorite part of the event was playing the arcade games and taking photos in the photobooths.
“Senior breakfast was really fun,” said NMA senior Ruby Guzman. “Everyone was bonding with each other and best part of all was when everyone was in the arcade playing games.”
The Senior Breakfast was the first event of the class of 2016, and it seems that this event led a successful start.
