The seniors took this years powder puff game with a score of 14-8. Senior Danielle Galloway playing quarter back was the star of the game as she helped seniors beat the juniors in this years game.
The game was not the only thing students were pumped up for. The promised food trucks that were going to be selling food for the game was a let down as they had to be cancelled. Instead, two clubs were selling snacks and hot dogs to raise money for their clubs.
The game was successful for not only the seniors but all girls participating. The Powderpuff game allows girls to participate in a sport that is dominated by males. It shows that guys are not the only ones who can play “rough” sports.
