The Junior class is holding a fundraiser this Friday, Apr 24 at Shakey’s from 3:30 PM to 6 PM. The event will be held at the pizza parlor located on Santa Monica Blvd. and all students are encouraged to go with their families and friends. This event was planned by Vice-President Maria Contreras and agreed upon by the Junior Council. This will be the third fundraiser for the Juniors and the second one held at a pizza parlor. There have been slight disagreements as to where fundraisers should be held, but ultimately, juniors agree that the important thing is to raise enough money to graduate at the Hollywood Bowl. The juniors say they would love to see support on Friday, but also wish more students would attend the meetings as well. These meetings are held every Wednesday during lunch in the Art Building, room 300.
