Heroic fun for the whole family

Big Hero 6 was released Nov. 7 and has been a big hit these past few weeks.

I visited the movie theater this weekend and enjoyed a nice day with my brother and sister, filled with many laughs during this movie. The entire plot is based on a young genius, Hiro, who finished high school at the age of 14. His older brother Tadashi is a student at a very prestigious school where Hiro hopes to attend. A series of unfortunate events lead to Hiro befriending his brother’s creation, Baymax.

Baymax is a robot that was made by Tadashi with the sole purpose of helping his patients until they confirm that he or she is satisfied with his care. A strong relationship grows between Baymax and Hiro as they encounter life threatening situations and work together to save the world.

The entire film was humorous and very entertaining. Although there were no major suspense factors that kept you at the edge of your seat, I can assure you that you won’t be leaving the theater without sore ribs after 102 minutes of laughter. I strongly recommend this movie for a nice afternoon spent with your loved ones.
