ASB election do-over, irregularities suspected

The Associated Student Body Elections held a revote on the positions of Vice President and Secretary on Wednesday, March 15. 

Elections opened on March 11 allowing the school to vote for their next ASB vice president and secretary. Students had the option to vote for either Precious Mariano or Deborah Ruiz for Vice president and Samantha Salvador or Ashley Reyes-Villafranca for secretary. Coming to an end, the votes closed on March 13 at 3:30 p.m. and any other votes after were claimed invalid.

On March 14, an announcement was made by the assistant principal, Kevin Clannin, reporting a revote due to suspected irregularities. Votes were reopened the same day and the official final day of voting is March 15 closing in at 3:30 p.m.
