Planet Fitness is inviting all high schoolers ages 14-19 to work out for free. There are three steps to complete in order to be registered. The first step is, entering your information to sign up on May 16, when registration opens. The second step is to sign up for the free High School Summer Pass membership, and lastly once the student has signed up they download the Planet Fitness App to get their digital key tag.

This membership will be ending August 31. Teens who are under 18 will need to sign-up with a parent or guardian in-club or online.

The nearest Planet Fitness is on Venice and San Vicente Boulevard. They are open all 24 hours and have parking available. They also accept credit cards. If students have any more questions or concerns they can go to their website at planetfitness.com

Planet fitness is giving kids this great opportunity and helps many students who aren’t financially stable.

“Honestly I appreciate what they are trying to do for students, because not everybody can afford going to the gym, plus the gym is a great way to distract yourself, especially being a teenager with anxiety,” said Raul Lopez, NMA senior.
