The Cheer girls take a step forward this season by qualifying to the Jamz Nationals competition in Las Vegas. After a rough week the Cheer girls managed to qualify for a very hard competition that takes place in Las Vegas. The competition that made them qualify took place in the Cal State Long Beach Gym. The girls managed to get into second place but because of their most spirited award they managed to qualify for the competition in Las Vegas.
The competition is called Jamz and is a very hard competition in where a lot of high-school Cheer teams go and compete to become the National Champion. The competition will take place inside the Orleans Arena and will be scheduled on Feb.17-Feb.19 next year in 2017.
There are multiple other competitions going on before the event but will be hosted for girls that are of younger age.
The Price to enter for the competition aren’t looking so cheap. For each person it will cost $95 Dollars to enter and to be eligible to participate. The other costs will be for transportation, shelter and food which will be separate. At this point the team is still not sure whether they will go or not.
